The Watson Taylor Park at Bayliss Bay in Lucea, is a stomping ground for most of Hanover’s footballers, and along with its gorgeous strip of white sand beach, has been the number one recreational facility for citizens of Lucea, for a very, very long time.
The seven acre property was willed to the people of the parish of Hanover by landowner Wellesley Watson Taylor in the early 1900s, and with the then Hanover Parish Council (now Hanover Municipal Corporation) being the trustee.
