The Hanover Municipal Corporation’s Road and Work Department has drafted a comprehensive flood mitigation programme for which approval is being sought from the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development.
According to Lucea Mayor Sheridan Samuels, under the programme, all critical drains within the parish’s seven divisions, will be cleaned in short order.
